Upon hearing about this new breakfast spot, I decided to give it a try. Bread and Butter was opened by a former pastry chef form the strip.  As we entered you could see beautiful pastries & breads and could smell the aroma in the air.  My wife and I decided to order the egg and veggie bagel sandwich and the waffle sandwich.  Of course, we also ordered a pastry to start.  Everything was excellent and fresh!  I’m not a big fan of the chain restaurants. Finding an independently owned, unique breakfast place is exactly what we need here in Henderson.
