Robert helped us from start to closing of our new home on our most convenient time of the day. He keeps in touch even after the closing to make sure that the house that we bought has no hidden defects that was not disclosed by the seller. He also make counter offers to the seller to protect you from any damages that has been found after the property inspection.
Two weeks after buying our home, our garage door fell apart and Robert never stopped calling people to have it fixed at no cost to us. We found Robert by luck from a house we spotted on Zillow.com. Which was not what we thought it was. When I explained to Robert what we were looking for and what weve seen so far he immediately sent me approx. 21-27 listings. I was quite impressed. Especially after dealing with a different agent whohad us frustrated. When we looked over the properties online, he had us out viewing the 5-6 we were interested in the next morning.
